برکس ممالک کا مطالبہ، اسرائیل کو اسلحہ فراہم نہ کیا جائےDemand of BRICS countries, arms should not be provided to Israel

 جنوبی افریقہ کی ایما پر بلاے گئے برکس پلس ممالک کے اجلاس میں سعودی عرب کے ولی عہد محمد بن سلمان نے عالمی برادری سے مطالبہ کیا ہے کہ وہ اسرائیل کو اسلحہ کی سپلائی روک دیں۔ ساتھ ہی انہوں نے اسرائیل کو ۱۹۶۷ء سے پہلے والی سرحد کے اندرجانے اور آزاد فلسطین ریاست کے قیام کا مطالبہ بھی کیا ۔ یاد رہے کہ سعودی عرب، متحدہ عرب امارات، ایتھوپیا ، ایران اور برازیل کو حال ہی میں اس گروپ میں شامل کیا گیا ہے۔

In the meeting, the crown prince of Saudi Arabia, Mohammed bin Salman, has demanded the international community to stop the supply of arms to Israel.  At the same time, he also demanded that Israel enter the pre-1967 border and establish an independent Palestinian state.  Note that Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Ethiopia, Iran and Brazil have recently been added to this group.

  منگل کی شام ( ہندوستان میں دیر رات)  غزہ کی صورتحال پر جنوبی افریقہ کی میزبانی میں ایک آن لائن اجلاس طلب کیا گیا تھا جس میں روسی صدر ولادیمیر پوتن ، شی جن پنگ اور محمد بن سلمان جیسے طاقتور عالمی لیڈران نے شرکت کی۔ فہرست میں ہندوستانی وزیراعظم نریندر مودی کا نام بھی شامل تھا لیکن  انہوں نے اس میں حصہ نہیں لیا۔ ان کی جگہ وزیر خارجہ ایس جے شنکر نے شرکت کی۔ محمد بن سلمان نے اپنے خطاب میں کہا   '' ہماری کانفرنس ایک ایسے وقت میں ہو رہی ہے جب غزہ میں حالات انتہائی سنگین ہیں۔ ہم ایک بار پھر پوری قوت سے غزہ پر اسرائیلی حملے کی مذمت کرتے ہیں۔ ہم مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ غزہ میں انسانی مدد پہنچانے کو یقینی بنایا جائے اور اسرائیل کو اسلحہ کی فراہمی بندکی جائے۔''

On Tuesday evening (late night in India) an online meeting hosted by South Africa was convened on the situation in Gaza, attended by powerful world leaders like Russian President Vladimir Putin, Xi Jinping and Mohammed bin Salman.  Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi's name was also included in the list but he did not participate in it.  He was replaced by External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar.  Mohammed bin Salman said in his speech, "Our conference is taking place at a time when the situation in Gaza is very serious."  We once again strongly condemn the Israeli attack on Gaza.  We demand that humanitarian aid be ensured in Gaza and the supply of arms to Israel be stopped."

 سعودی ولی عہد نے سخت لہجے میں کہا کہ 'غزہ میں عام شہریوں، بے قصور انسانوں، طبی اداروں اور عبادت گاہوں پر بمباری ہو رہی ہے۔موجودہ حالات میں ضروری ہے کہ اس انسانی المیے کو بند کروانے کیلئے اجتماعی جدوجہد کی جائے۔ انہوں نےکہا کہ اسرائیل ۱۹۶۷ء سے پہلے والی سرحد کے اندر لوٹ جائے اور ایک آزاد فلسطینی ریاست کا قیام عمل میں لایا جائے ۔

The Saudi crown prince said in a harsh tone that "common citizens, innocent people, medical institutions and places of worship are being bombed in Gaza. In the current situation, it is necessary to make a collective struggle to stop this human tragedy."  He said that Israel should return to the pre-1967 border and establish an independent Palestinian state.

 اسرائیل نسل کشی میں مصروف ہے۔

 جنوبی افریقہ کے صدر سیرل رام فوسا  جن کی ایما پر یہ اجلاس بلایا گیا تھا، اسرائیل کے تعلق سے کافی سخت نظر آئے۔ انہوں نے کہا '' 'اسرائیل کاطاقت کے دم پر غیر قانونی طریقے سے فلسطینی شہریوں کو اجتماعی سزا دینا ایک جنگی جرم ہے۔ جبکہ غزہ کے شہریوں کو جان بوجھ کر ادویات، ایندھن، خوراک اور پانی سے محروم کرنا نسل کشی کے مترادف ہے۔ انہوں نے اس بات پر زور دیا کہ فوری طور غزہ میں جنگ بندی کی جائے اور شہریوں کیلئے بھیجی جانے والی امداد کو ان تک پہنچانے کا انتظام کیا جائے۔

Israel is engaged in genocide.

 South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, on whose behalf the meeting was convened, appeared to be quite tough on Israel.  He said, "The illegal collective punishment of Palestinian citizens by the power of Israel is a war crime."  While deliberately depriving the citizens of Gaza of medicine, fuel, food and water is tantamount to genocide.  He stressed that there should be an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and arrangements should be made for the aid sent to the citizens to reach them.

شی جن پنگ کا فلسطین کے منصفانہ حل کا مطالبہ

 چینی صدر شی جن پنگ نے نہ صرف غزہ میں فریقین کو جنگ بند کرنے  کی نصیحت کی بلکہ عالمی برادری سے مسئلہ فلسطین کے  منصفانہ حل کا مطالبہ کیا۔ انہوں نے کہا '' فلسطین میں جاری جنگ کے تمام فریقین کو اپنی باہمی دشمنی ختم کر دینی چاہئے اور جنگی اقدامات روک دینے چاہئے۔ عام شہریوں کو نشانہ بنانے والے تشدد کا ختم ہونا ضروری ہے۔ ساتھ ہی تمام قیدیوں کو رہا کیا جانا چاہئے۔ '' شی جن پنگ نے مسئلہ فلسطین کو حل کرنے پر بھی زور دیا۔ انہوں نے کہا' 'مسئلہ فلسطین کے منصفانہ حل کے بغیر مشرق وسطیٰ میں پائیدار امن و سلامتی ممکن نہیں ہے۔ اس کیلئے ایک عالمی کانفرنس بلائی جانی ضروری ہے۔

Xi Jinping's demand for a just solution for Palestine

 Chinese President Xi Jinping not only advised the parties in Gaza to stop the war, but also demanded a fair solution to the Palestinian issue from the international community.  He said, "All parties to the ongoing war in Palestine should end their mutual enmity and stop hostilities."  Violence against civilians must end.  Also all the prisoners should be released.  Xi Jinping also stressed on resolving the Palestinian issue.  He said, "Sustainable peace and security in the Middle East is not possible without a fair solution to the Palestinian issue."  A global conference must be convened for this.

 امریکی اجارہ داری اور ناانصافی ختم کی جائے: پوتن

 اس موقع پر روس کے صدر ولادیمیر پوتن نے کہا کہ فلسطین میں '' امریکی اجارہ داری اور فلسطینیوں کے ساتھ نا انصافی ختم ہونی چاہئے۔'' انہوں نے الزام لگایا کہ '' امریکہ اسرائیل اور فلسطین کے درمیان ثالثی پر اپنی اجارہ داری سمجھتا ہے اور دنیا کے دیگر ممالک کو اس معاملے میں اقدامات سے روکتا ہے۔ یہ سلسلہ اب بند ہونا چاہئے۔ '' پوتن نےکہا '' مسئلہ فلسطین کا اب کوئی سیاسی حل نکالا جانا چاہئے۔ اور برکس ممالک کو اس تعلق سے اقدامات میں اہم کردار ادا کرنا چاہئے۔ '' انہوں نے کہا کہ امریکی اقدامات ۲؍ علاحدہ ریاست اسرائیل اور فلسطین کے قیام میں مانع ہیں۔

American monopoly and injustice must be ended: Putin

 On this occasion, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that "the American monopoly and injustice to the Palestinians must end" in Palestine.  And prevents other countries of the world from taking steps in this matter.  This thread should stop now.  "There must be a political solution to the Palestinian issue now," Putin said.  And the BRICS countries should play an important role in the initiatives in this regard.  He said that American actions are an obstacle to the establishment of two separate states of Israel and Palestine.

 اس اجلاس سے اقوام متحدہ سیکریٹری جنرل انتونیو غطریس نے بھی خطاب کیا۔ انہوں نے قیام امن کیلئےجنگ بندی پر زور دیا ۔ ساتھ ہی انہوں نے اپیل کی غزہ میں بمباری کا شکار ہونے والے بچوں کے علاج کی خاطر اسپتالوں کے تحفظ کو یقینی بنایا جائے۔ہندوستانی وزیر خارجہ ایس جے شنکر نے کہا کہ غزہ کے معاملے کا کوئی پائیدار حل نکلنا ضروری ہے۔ یاد رہے کہ اس اجلاس میں نریندر مودی کو شریک ہونا تھا جو نہیں ہوئے۔

United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres also addressed this meeting.  He emphasized on ceasefire for peace.  At the same time, he appealed to ensure the protection of hospitals for the treatment of children who are bombarded in Gaza. Indian Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar said that a lasting solution to the issue of Gaza must be found.  It should be remembered that Narendra Modi was supposed to participate in this meeting, but he did not.
